The Classy 50's are back!!!

I've been in love with 50's  fashion, and on the look out for clothes reminiscent of this time for a while now, and Louis Vuitton has answered my call (ILY!!). The simplicity of these cuts are so relevant to our current economic situation, where sensible yet fashionable attire is called for.  The fact that the 50's frame is so flattering on just about anyone, also makes it a no-brainer for shoppers so that they can put more of their brain power into maneuvering themselves through these turbulent economic times without sacrificing chicness.  I can't wait to find pieces as beautiful as the ones worn by the models in this show. Hopefully this is just the beginning of an ode to the classic elegance of the 50's alla Audrey Hepburn, Dororthy Dandridge, Grace Kelly, Eartha Kitt, Lena Horne and countless other notable fashion-savvy women of the time.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

It's January 1st 2011. The Beginning of a new year, and I have lots of goals and plans for this year that I'm fully prepared to work towards to make them happen. With that in mind I know this blog is just the beginning of the exciting journey I'm embarking on as I finish up my college years and start living the dream...whatever that is lol.
